A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with Italian flavors.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fold in mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with additional basil if desired.
- Chill before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
