Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, salami, olives, red onion, bell peppers, and basil.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
