- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced

- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place diced sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
- Add sausage links to the pan with sweet potatoes.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sausage is cooked and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
