This irresistible pistachio tart features a creamy pistachio paste filling that is rich and flavorful.

			- 1 pre-made tart shell
 - 1 cup pistachios, shelled
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a food processor, blend pistachios until finely ground.
 - In a bowl, mix ground pistachios, sugar, melted butter, and salt.
 - Press the mixture into the bottom of the tart shell.
 - Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
 - In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and vanilla until warm.
 - Mix in the remaining pistachios and stir until smooth.
 - Pour the creamy pistachio mixture into the cooled tart shell.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
