- 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken sausage, cook until browned.
- Stir in orzo and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and cherry tomatoes.
- Cook until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
