Quick and easy instant pot spaghetti and meatballs recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs.
  3. Turn on the instant pot and select ‘Sauté’ mode.
  4. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
  5. Add marinara sauce and water to the pot.
  6. Break spaghetti in half and add to the pot.
  7. Close the lid and set to ‘Manual’ for 8 minutes.
  8. Once done, quick release the pressure.
  9. Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

  • Replace ground beef with turkey for a lighter option.
  • Use gluten-free spaghetti for a gluten-free meal.
