- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes and place them in the instant pot.
- Add chicken broth and olive oil.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Toss the potatoes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
- Use any type of potato you like.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
