Tender pulled pork sandwiches made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the pork on all sides.
- Add sliced onion and chicken broth to the pot.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the pork and shred it with two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with barbecue sauce.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight.
- Adjust barbecue sauce according to your taste.
- Serve with coleslaw for added crunch.
