A quick and easy recipe for beef and broccoli made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Add beef to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over it.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
- Add broccoli and set to high pressure for an additional 2 minutes.
- Quick-release the pressure again.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Stir in sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of broccoli based on your preference.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
