Description

A quick and easy recipe for beef and broccoli made in an Instant Pot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add beef to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over it.
  3. Seal the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
  5. Add broccoli and set to high pressure for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Quick-release the pressure again.
  7. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pot to thicken the sauce.
  8. Stir in sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of broccoli based on your preference.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
