Instructions

  4. Add tomatoes and mixed vegetables; cook until soft.
  5. Stir in rice and lentils, then add water and salt.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice and lentils are tender.
  8. Fluff with a fork before serving.
