  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in curry powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in garam masala and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
