A rich and creamy Indian coconut chicken korma recipe that is full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken, diced
- 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in garam masala and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or naan.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
