Ingredients

- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric, and salt.
- Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or naan.
- Adjust spice levels as preferred.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
