Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric, and salt.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
