- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup baking mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.
- Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
- Spread the beef mixture in a pie dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and golden on top.
