Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in egg yolk.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Press circles into tartlet pans.
- Poke holes with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
