- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add water and coconut milk, mix until smooth.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased steamable dish.
- Add red bean paste on top of the first layer.
- Pour remaining mixture over the red bean paste.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before cutting into pieces.
