Instructions
- Gather fresh dandelion flowers in a clean area away from pesticides.
- Rinse the flowers gently to remove dirt and insects.
- In a pot, combine dandelion flowers and water. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to get dandelion tea.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the tea. Bring to a boil.
- Add pectin and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal.
- Allow the jars to cool completely before storing.
