Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals from clean, pesticide-free areas.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a bowl and discard the petals.
- Add lemon juice to the liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in pectin.
- Add sugar gradually and stir until dissolved.
- Boil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let the jars cool and store them in a cool place.

- Use fresh dandelion petals for best flavor.
