Ingredients

- 8 oz hot smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded gouda cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
