Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, green onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
