A refreshing salad featuring honeycrisp apples and broccoli.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
- Dice the honeycrisp apple and chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, onion, raisins, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
