Description
A refreshing drink made with honey and lemon balm.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh lemon balm leaves
- 1 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add the lemon balm leaves and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Add honey and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in the fresh lemon juice.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Fresh lemon balm gives the best flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
