A quick and flavorful honey sriracha chicken stir fry.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spiciness by modifying sriracha amount.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
