Instructions

- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook diced pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Spread ricotta cheese on each toasted baguette slice.

- Sprinkle crispy pancetta on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
