- 12 Medjool dates
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and honey until smooth.
- Stuff each date with the ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the stuffed dates.
- Place dates on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
