Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Add pineapple chunks to the grill for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill and serve with grilled pineapple.

- Adjust the honey and soy sauce ratio according to your taste.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
