- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and cream cheese.
- Add honey, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.

- Can substitute canned peaches if fresh is not available.
