Description
A refreshing and tangy pasta salad with honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey mustard dressing and olive oil.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
