			- 4 chicken breasts
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Coat chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture.
 - Place chicken on a baking sheet.
 - Arrange mixed vegetables around the chicken.
 - Drizzle remaining honey mustard mixture over the vegetables.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
 - Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust the vegetable mix based on your preference.
 - For extra glaze, reserve some honey mustard mixture before coating the chicken.
 - Check chicken with a meat thermometer for doneness.
