A flavorful honey lime chicken served with fresh mango salsa.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with mango salsa.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after grilling.
- Use fresh mango for best flavor.
