Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts around the salmon.
- Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon and Brussels sprouts.
