- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on your crock pot.
- For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken once cooked and simmer the sauce on the stove.
