Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
