- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chipotle for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
