Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add honey, sugar, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a drizzle of honey.
- Top with fresh fruit if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
