Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
  7. Place the balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
  • You can brush the tops with melted butter after baking.
