- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
