Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
