Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Squeeze lime juice over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
