- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in orange juice, soy sauce, and sugar for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pan.
- Stir in garlic and ginger.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
