  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cookies cool before adding filling.
  9. For the filling, mix marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  10. Spread filling onto half of the cookies and top with the other half.
