Instructions

  2. Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Let the hazelnuts cool and then rub off the skins.
  4. In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until smooth.
  5. Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until creamy.
  6. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
