Description

Homemade mozzarella sticks are a crispy and cheesy delight. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Freeze the breaded sticks for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
