Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread crushed tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- Top with mozzarella slices and fresh basil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
