A refreshing and creamy homemade mango sorbet.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Let the syrup cool.
- In a blender, combine mangoes, syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- Freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every hour.
- Scoop and serve chilled.

- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
