- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in milk, cooking until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the drained macaroni.
- Serve hot.

- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
