A refreshing homemade lime sorbet that is perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh lime juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Stir in lime juice and lime zest.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

- Use freshly squeezed lime juice for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste if needed.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
