Ingredients

- 200g pistachios
- 100g powdered sugar
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50ml olive oil
Instructions
- Toast the pistachios in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Let them cool, then blend them into a fine paste.
- Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil while blending until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Use unsalted pistachios for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
