A quick and easy homemade version of hamburger helper.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add elbow macaroni and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
