- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until combined.
- Add minced garlic and parsley, then mix well.
- Form small balls with the dough.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
