Description
Homemade egg rolls filled with vegetables and meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in pork and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
