Ingredients

  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in pork and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper.
  6. Fold and seal the wrappers.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  8. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
