Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals, ensuring they are clean and free from dirt.
- Boil dandelion petals in water for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid, stirring well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add sugar.
- Continue boiling for 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool completely before storing.

- Use only the yellow petals, avoiding green parts.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
